The Commercial Division is responsible for developing all the commercial properties within the Corporation’s land holdings.

The Commercial Division’s mandate is to complete all stages of development, building out, leasing and retaining selected commercial sites as revenue-generating properties for the Corporation.

Our focus includes mixed-use developments including retail, office and residential into one cohesive site. Our future mixed-use centres will include a blend of shopping, theatre, restaurants, recreation, office and residential living all within an attractive village environment.
