Parcel 1 - Canals Commercial
Featuring approximately 133 feet of frontage on 8th Street S.W. (eastern boundary), by a return depth of approximately 235 feet, the subject property totals roughly 32,500 square feet, or .75 of an acre. Utility services are located to the west of the site, underneath Canoe Square.
Parcel 2 - Canals Multi-Family (Solana)
With frontages of approximately 1,280 feet along the canal (the south and west perimeters of the site), 850 feet of frontage on 8th Street S.W., and 550 feet along Channelside Drive S.W., the subject property totals approximately 13.6 acres. All required deep (water and sanitary sewer), and shallow utilities service stubs are on Channelside Drive at the northern perimeter of the property or on 8th St. S.W. Storm water from the site will discharge on to the Canals located at the southern and western boundary of the parcel.
Parcel 3 - Bayside Multi-Family (Breeze)
Featuring approximately 537 feet of frontage on 8th Street S.W. (eastern boundary), approximately 545 feet (western boundary) of frontage on Bayside Road S.W., and frontage of approximately 565 feet along Bayside Drive S.W. (southern boundary), the subject property totals 4.85 acres. The site features access and egress from 8th Street S.W., Bayside Drive S.W. and Bayside Road S.W. south of the subject property, on the south side of Bayside Drive S.W., is a hockey rink and basketball site, and a commercial development site, destined to be the retail waterfront gateway focal point of the Bayside Development. To the north is a park with a waterfall feature. East of Bayside Estates is the site of the future West Airdrie Elementary School.
All deep and shallow utility services are located within Bayside Road S.W., adjacent to the southwestern perimeter of the site, and are ready to be tied into the site.
Parcel 4 - Bayside Commercial
Featuring approximately 590 feet of frontage on Big Hill Springs Road S.W. (southern boundary), and approximately 645 feet of frontage on 8th Street S.W. (eastern boundary), the subject property totals 5.72 acres. There is also approximately 280 feet of frontage along Bayside Gate S.W (western boundary) and approximately 150 feet of frontage along Bayside Drive S.W. (northern boundary).
The site features access and egress from Big Hill Springs Road S.W., which is a major east-west connector to many of the communities surrounding Airdrie. Bill Hill Springs Road is accessible from Symons Valley Road (Calgary) and Highway 22 (Cochrane/Bragg Creek). The site is also access via 8th Street S.W. which eventually be positioned as a major four lane route. There is also a traffic light planned for the intersection at Big Hill Springs Road S.W. and 8th Street.

Parcel 5 - Taralake Commercial
Featuring approximately 950 feet of frontage on 80th Avenue N.E. from 68th Street N.E. to Taradale Drive N.E. and a traffic circle, by an irregular return depth fronting on the future Taradale Drive N.E., the subject property totals 6.375 acres or 277,695 square feet.
Both deep and shallow utility services have been completed to the perimeter of the parcel, and are ready for development into a commercial centre.
Parcel 6 - Taralake Multi-Family
The property features approximately 312 feet of frontage on Taravista Dr. N.E., flanked by 400 feet of frontage onto Taralake Park N.E. to the east, and 475 feet to the south by Taralake Road N.E. All deep and shallow utility services have been completed to the perimeters of the property, and is fully serviced. All development will be subject to Taralake's architectural design guidelines, and will be approved by Genesis prior to submission for development permits. The property is across the street to the south of a fully completed neighbourhood park.
Parcel 7 - Taralake Estate
The 32 lots comprising the Property vary in width from 43? to 50? wide, and are suitable for high end estate housing; all of the water lots are of the walkout variety. This is the only estate area available in Northeast Calgary (Saddleridge area) for new home construction. Of the 32 lots, eighteen have been fully serviced and are ready for home construction, while fourteen more are expected to be fully serviced by spring 2006 (deep utilities - water and sewer are already in place). All development will be subject to Taralake's architectural design guidelines, and will be approved by Genesis prior to submission for development permits.
